Returns, replacements or refunds are reviewed for eligible orders where the product is damaged, incorrect or not delivered as committed. Customers should raise a support query with order number and supporting details within the applicable return window. Opened, used, planted or tampered nursery products may not be eligible unless approved by support or required by law.
